Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
LaunchX360 is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for real estate developers. It helps developers plan and manage project marketing, advertising campaigns, leads, site visits, bookings, analytics and integrations with third-party services such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use, store, secure and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to the LaunchX360 website, web application and related services (together, the "Service").
Where a real estate developer (our customer) uses LaunchX360 to collect information about its own buyers or leads, the developer decides why and how that information is used. In that case we process the information on the developer's behalf and according to its instructions.
2. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, mobile number, password (stored only as a secure hash), role and the organisation (business account) you belong to. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
Business account information: company name, branding (logo, colours, fonts), contact and footer details, project details, RERA and other information you choose to enter, uploaded files and images, campaign plans, budgets and settings.
Lead and customer data entered or captured by you: names, phone numbers, email addresses, enquiry details, site-visit and booking records that you or your team add, import, or receive through connected lead forms.
Billing information: subscription plan, invoices and payment status. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment provider (Razorpay) and are not stored by LaunchX360.
Usage and technical information: log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, actions performed, timestamps and error reports, used to operate, secure and improve the Service.
Communications: messages you send to us, support requests and email delivery records.
3. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) data accessed through authorised integrations
If you choose to connect your Meta account, you log in with Meta directly and choose which permissions to grant. LaunchX360 never sees or stores your Facebook or Instagram password.
Depending on the permissions you grant, we may access: your basic Meta profile identifier; the Business Portfolios, ad accounts, Facebook Pages and connected Instagram professional accounts you manage; Pixels/Datasets on your ad accounts; Instant Form (lead form) definitions and leads submitted to your forms; advertising campaigns, ad sets, ads and their performance insights (such as spend, impressions, reach, clicks and leads); and engagement metrics for posts on your Page and Instagram account.
We use this data only to provide the features you request: connecting your own Meta assets, creating and managing campaigns in your own ad account, publishing the posts you schedule and approve, retrieving leads from your forms, and showing you performance results and posting-time insights.
Advertising spend is billed by Meta directly to your own ad account and payment method. LaunchX360 does not use your Meta data to advertise to you or to anyone else, does not sell it, and does not use it to build profiles across customers.
Meta access tokens are encrypted and stored on our servers only. You can disconnect Meta at any time from Campaign Center; we then delete the stored tokens for your organisation. You can also remove LaunchX360's access from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations).
Our use of information received from Meta follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
4. How we use information
To provide, operate and maintain the Service, including your workspace, projects, campaigns, leads, reports, presentations, shared links and integrations.
To create content you request with AI features (for example text, images and captions). The prompts and project details you provide are sent to the AI provider only to generate the requested output.
To process subscriptions and payments, send invoices, service emails, notifications and reminders that you have configured.
To secure the Service: authentication, access control, fraud and abuse prevention, audit logs and troubleshooting.
To improve the Service using aggregated usage information, and to comply with legal obligations.
6. Advertising and analytics integrations
LaunchX360 lets you connect your own advertising and analytics accounts, such as Meta ad accounts, Pixels/Datasets and lead forms, and record details of other tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and WhatsApp Business.
When you connect an integration, data flows between LaunchX360 and that provider only as needed for the feature you use. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.
LaunchX360 itself does not place third-party advertising on the Service.
8. Storage and security
Information is stored on cloud infrastructure used by LaunchX360. Access tokens for connected integrations are encrypted, passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and access to data is restricted by organisation and by role.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and audit logging for sensitive actions such as approvals, publishing and payments.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Third-party service providers
We use trusted third parties to provide parts of the Service, which may include: cloud hosting and database providers; Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram integrations); Google (optional sign-in); Razorpay (payments); email delivery providers (transactional emails and invites); and AI model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google (AI-generated content you request), plus any optional providers you enable.
These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service for us and process it under their own privacy policies.
10. Data retention
We keep account and workspace information for as long as your organisation's account is active, or as needed to provide the Service.
Meta access tokens are kept only while your Meta connection is active and are deleted when you disconnect or when we process a deletion request.
Some records, such as invoices, payment records and audit logs, may be kept for longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
11. Data deletion requests
Disconnect Meta: open Campaign Center in LaunchX360 and press "Disconnect" on the Meta card. This deletes the stored Meta tokens and selected asset details for your organisation and asks Meta to remove LaunchX360's access. You can also remove LaunchX360 from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations; when Meta sends us a data deletion request, we automatically delete the Meta tokens and Meta-derived engagement data linked to your Meta account and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
Delete your data: use the request form at launchx360.com/data-deletion, or email admin@launchx360.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us whether you want your personal user data, your Meta-connected data, or your whole organisation's account deleted.
We may need to verify your identity and your authority over the organisation before acting. We will confirm when the deletion is complete, except for information we must keep for legal reasons as described in Section 10.
If you are a buyer or lead whose details were collected by a real estate developer using LaunchX360, please contact that developer first, since it controls that information. You can also write to us and we will forward your request.
12. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and object to or restrict certain processing.
You can update much of your information directly in LaunchX360 (profile, organisation, branding and footer settings), and disconnect integrations at any time.
To exercise any right, contact us at the email below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
13. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Where changes are significant, we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or a notice in the application.
